Annual Road Dues

 

Annual Road Dues invoices are mailed on or about July 1 each year.  Please insure that we have your accurate contact information at all times so that we can correspond with you.    Please note:  Full payment is due in 30 days.

Go to your bank's website or app to initiate the transfer via Zelle, and reference the email: board@aldercroftheights.org

 

We accept Paypal.   

To use Paypal:

Please contact our Business Manager, Loretta Gunner, and ask her to mail or email you a Paypal invoice, that you can then use to pay with a credit card of your choice.    Service charges will apply.

Seniors age 62 and above are eligible for a 20% discount.

The standard calculation for road dues is as follows:

[(Fixed Charge) + (Number of dwellings x distance in feet from County Road x Per Foot Rate)] x Cost of Living Index.

For the year 2021-2022, the fixed charge and per foot rate is calculated as follows:

[($607.24) + (# Dwellings x ft from County Road x .18844)] x 1.042 = Invoice Total
