Improving Road Safety: Encouraging Community Reporting of Water Accumulation and Erosion

As we approach the end of the rainy season, we still have a few more storms in the forecast. We're appreciate the community's help in maintaining our roads by reporting any areas where you notice a significant amount of drainage causing erosion, particularly on the downslope side of the road or around culverts.

We recently installed new berms on Locust Dr. and Laurel Dr. to address this issue, and we are looking to identify any other areas that may require similar high impact/relatively low cost projects. While we may not be able to address every potential issue due to cost constraints, we do want to take advantage of any low-hanging fruit.

If you notice any areas of concern, please email us at board@aldercroftheights.org with a description of the issue and its location. Photos or videos would also be extremely helpful. Thank you for your continued support in keeping our community safe and well-maintained.
