Responsibility of Safe Maintenance of the Roads

It is worth reminding everyone that any work on our private roads must be authorized by the North Aldercroft Association in advance. Last night (11/01/25), several residents observed an individual performing unauthorized work on the roadway after dark. Not only was the material used inappropriate for our road surface, but performing such work at night without proper lighting or safety precautions was extremely unsafe.

Please remember that the Association is responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our private road network. Any repairs, improvements, or alterations must be approved to ensure they meet our standards and are carried out safely and correctly.

If you have concerns about the road condition or see an area needing attention, please contact the Association directly so we can address it appropriately.
